Written, Produced, and Directed

by Graham Holliday

Milagro stars Cullen Moss (Outer Banks) as the impromptu leader of a group of strangers trapped during a hurricane who decide whether to put a mortally injured man out of his misery or let him suffer as they wait for rescue to come.

Production Notes

Graham Holliday produced Milagro as his senior thesis project while at the Zaki Gordon Cinematic Arts Center. It was a SAG-AFTRA sanctioned production during the strike in 2023 starring Cullen Moss (Shoupe in Netflix’s Outer Banks).

Originally set to be produced by a producing specialists at the school, Holliday took on producing duties himself in order to make it a SAG-AFTRA signatory production. Several other actors were considered for the role after liking the script, but production availability became the deciding factor.

Although the film was estimated to take eight days to shoot, Holliday wrapped the entire project in four days. He worked with his DP Sean Henderson to use long, carefully-choreographed takes to tell the story in a smooth, unflinching style. Milagro is completed and currently in the festival submission process.
